ONBOARD RULES
Safety First: All guests must comply with safety instructions given by the captain and crew at all times.
Emergency Procedures: In the event of an emergency, guests must follow the instructions of the captain and crew without hesitation.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the yacht for the safety of all guests and to prevent any damage to the vessel. However, there is a designated smoking area on the swim platform.
NO RED DRINKS OR SAUCES
Footwear: You can wear shoes onboard.
No High Heels. We recommend being barefoot and the crew will provide a basket either outside the salon door for you to deposit shoes.
Respect the Crew: Guests are expected to treat the captain and crew with respect and follow their instructions promptly.
Alcohol Consumption: Guests must drink responsibly. Excessive drinking that may lead to disruptive behavior or endanger the safety of others is not tolerated.
Littering: Guests are responsible for disposing of their trash in designated areas on the yacht. Littering in the bay is strictly prohibited.
Restricted Areas: Certain areas of the yacht may be off-limits to guests for safety reasons. Guests must respect these boundaries.
Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The yacht crew is not liable for any lost or stolen items.
Wildlife and Environment: Guests must respect marine life and the natural environment. Feeding or disturbing wildlife is strictly prohibited.
Music and Noise: Guests are welcome to enjoy music on board
Childcare: While clients can bring children of all ages the crew members are not babysitters. If you bring small children, plan to care for them yourself.
Sun Protection: Guests are encouraged to use sunscreen and wear appropriate clothing to protect themselves from the sun's rays.
NO PETS ONBOARD
Photography: Taking photos and videos is allowed, but guests must respect the privacy of others and seek permission before photographing or filming them.
Illegal Actions:All illegal or illicit activities are subject to zero tolerance on board. Any breaches of previously agreed upon charter conditions will result in the trip ending and returning to the nearest base without a refund.
Tipping Policy:The crew members have your comfort and well-being at heart. They strive to offer you outstanding service throughout your cruise. If there is a crew member that you believe went above and beyond, be sure to let your captain know. It is a common practice to reward the crew for their effort at the end of your trip. Generally, 15% of the charter fee is okay, but this is entirely up to you. You can put your tip in an envelope and hand it to the captain, who will distribute it evenly among the crew.
